2016 Krutz Cabernet Sauvignon 'Beckstoffer Georges III’, Napa Valley

96+ Points - “The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 23 months in 75% new French oak, is deep garnet-purple colored with lovely cassis, black plums, earth, cedar, tobacco and bay leaves with menthol hints. The palate is full-bodied, firm, grainy and super intense with layers of black fruit and a long-minted finish. 300 cases produced.”  -- Robert Parker, Wine Advocate

96 Points - “The only 2016 I was able to taste, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III comes from a tiny 1.9-acre parcel in this valley floor site and spent 23 months in 75% new French oak. Deep purple-colored, with notes of crème de cassis, dried smoke tobacco, lead pencil, and toasted spices, this fabulous Cabernet hits the palate with full-bodied richness and depth, sweet tannins, a seamless texture, and a great, great finish. It has a deep garnet-purple color and vibrant aromas of cassis, black berries and cherries with hints cedar, earth and beef drippings. 2015 Krutz Pinot Noir 'Soberanes Vineyard’, Santa Lucia Highlands

94 Points – “Even better, the 2015 Pinot Noir Soberanes Vineyard (destemmed and aged 12 months in 45% new French oak) is another winner from this team that has considerable elegance in its black raspberry, strawberry, spring flowers, and charred earth-like aromas and flavors. With medium to full body, fine tannins, and a great finish, it opens up nicely with time in the glass and is going to keep for over a decade.” -- Jeb Dunnuck


93 Points – “The 2015 Pinot Noir Soberanes Vineyard aged 11 months in 45% new French oak. Medium ruby-purple colored, it gives pronounced redcurrants, red cherries and pomegranate with touches of violets, chocolate box, anise and fragrant earth. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine-grained texture, plenty of vivacity and a very long herbs and mineral-tinged finish. 170 cases produced.” -- Robert Parker, Wine Advocate



2015 Krutz Pinot Noir 'Akins Vineyard’, Anderson Valley

92 Points – “The 2015 Pinot Noir Akins Vineyard aged in 50% new French oak for 12 months. Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, it gives vibrant red and black cherries, violets and cinnamon stick with hints of tilled soil and dried herbs. The medium to full-bodied palate is juicy with loads of cherry layers, with a long finish and herbal lift. 150 cases produced.” -- Robert Parker, Wine Advocate


92 Points – “Moving to the reds, the 2015 Pinot Noir Akins Vineyard comes from a site in the Anderson Valley and was completely destemmed and brought up in 50% new French oak. Possessing a Côte de Nuits-like bouquet of black cherries, underbrush, and earth, it’s vibrant and crisp on the palate, with moderate tannins and solid elegance. Drink it over the coming 7-8 years or so. There are a tiny 150 cases made.” -- Jeb Dunnuck


2015 Krutz Pinot Noir Fort Ross/Seaview

94+ Points – “The 2015 Pinot Noir Fort Ross-Seaview (aged 13 months in 50% new French oak) is medium to deep ruby-purple colored and has an intense perfume of blackberries, black cherries, redcurrants and mulberries with touches of iron ore, roses and stewed tea. The palate is medium to full-bodied with super intense flavors, fine-grained tannins and beautiful freshness, finishing very long. 50 cases produced.” -- Robert Parker, Wine Advocate



2016 Chardonnay 'Soberanes Vineyard’, Santa Lucia Highlands

92 Points – “Barrel fermented and aged 14 months in 40% new French oak, the 2016 Chardonnay Soberanes Vineyard gives very pretty honeysuckle, orange blossoms, almond croissant and allspice notes over a core of grapefruit and white peaches. The palate is medium to full-bodied, rich, creamy, seductive and packed with layers, finishing long and nutty. 150 cases produced.” -- Robert Parker, Wine Advocate


91 Points – “Coming from the Santa Lucia Highland AVA, the 2016 Chardonnay Soberanes Vineyard offers a Chablis-like perfume of Meyer lemons, white flowers, and citrus zest to go with a medium-bodied, nicely balanced profile on the palate. Bottled unfiltered (the color is a touch cloudy), it has plenty to love and should evolve gracefully for 4-6 years, probably longer.” -- Jeb Dunnuck



2014 Krutz Chardonnay ‘Martinelli Vineyard’, Russian River Valley

92 Points – “The 2014 Chardonnay Martinelli Road Vineyard (this is one of the coolest sites in the Russian River Valley) is terrific on all accounts. Orchard fruits, buttered citrus, some floral nuances, bright acidity, and medium-bodied richness and depth make for a compelling, undeniably delicious Chardonnay that’s going to drink nicely for 5-7 years.” – Jeb Dunnuck


91 Points – “The 2014 Chardonnay Martinelli Road Vineyard is scented of grapefruit, peaches and apples with a hint of baking bread. Medium-bodied with a satiny texture, it's fine and fresh in the mouth with great intensity and a long, mineral-laced finish.” -- Robert Parker, Wine Advocate


2014 Magnolia Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma

89 Points – “The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to deep garnet-purple colored with a nose of cedar, cassis, toast and floral notes. It's medium-bodied, chewy and fresh with red and black fruit flavors and a long finish.” -- Robert Parker, Wine Advocate


2014 Magnolia Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast

91 Points – “The 2014 Pinot Noir Magnolia comes from a mix of Dijon clones and multiple sites in Sonoma and was raised in 30% new French oak. It’s outstanding stuff and offers plenty of cherry and framboise fruit intermixed with earthy, spicy, forest floor nuances. With medium-bodied richness, a silky texture and light tannin, drink it over the coming 4-6 years.” -- Jeb Dunnuck

89 Points – “The 2015 Chardonnay Magnolia Inspiration Vineyard (aged ten months in 15% new French oak) delivers intense apricots, guava and warm pineapple scents with touches of butterscotch and brioche.
